Return & Refund Policy
Returns You have 8 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, sale items, and downloadable products.
Damaged Parcels Please do not accept a visibly damaged parcel from the carrier. Refusing delivery is the fastest way to get a replacement — the damaged parcel will be returned to us and we'll send you a new one. Accepted damaged parcels cannot be replaced.
Kit Imperfections Our products are laser-cut builder kits. Occasionally a part may not be fully cut through the sheet — this is a minor imperfection that can be resolved with a few knife cuts and does not qualify for a replacement part.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your card provider or bank as processing times vary. If you still haven't received it, contact us at info@rc-builder.com.
Exchanges We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. Email us at info@rc-builder.com and send the item to: Röntgenweg 16G, 2408 AB Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over €15, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Send returns to: Röntgenweg 16G, 2408 AB Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands.
Taxes & Customs Customers outside Europe may be required to pay import duties or taxes. These costs are not a valid reason for return. Customers outside Europe do not pay VAT to us.
